The Design Process

Our process begins with you getting in touch, we then have a discussion with you about your themes, colour schemes, or any other ideas you might have for your stationery. Pinterest boards are great, or any other visual references or descriptive words that give us an idea of your taste and style.


We work around you! 

Ideally, when convenient, I'd love to meet up for a coffee for our first meeting, this really helps capture the little details & get the personal touch just right, we can have a chat about everything, your big day and show you some samples for ideas.

If not, we can happily work via email, messenger and phone.


Once we have all the details, we will work to to design something completely unique for you. 

For wedding stationery; 

A full sample will be created with your chosen materials & provided to you, usually within two weeks.

For all other stationery; A digital proof will be created & sent to you for approval, usually within two weeks.


Once you've had a chance to see & feel your invite, we can then make any amendments or design changes, before proceeding further with your order.


For bespoke stationery, prices can vary greatly, dependant on the design & materials you choose.

It's very helpful if you can provide your budget requirements from the outset, and we can then work within this. 

I may be able to provide rough estimates, should you have a clear idea of your requirements. 


All prices will be fully communicated throughout the order process, further options\alternatives can always be provided for cost-saving if required. 




For bespoke wedding stationery, we require a 50% deposit on order placement. The final balance of your order is payable on collection or delivery. Any delay in payment will unfortunately result in a delay on your order. 

For all other stationery, full payment is due on collection / delivery of goods. 


For bespoke stationery, we ideally need 8-12 weeks dependent on your specific requirements.

All Items can be collected, or delivered via royal mail 1st class.

Postage cost's will be communicated prior to delivery.
